51 % des DRH se disent davantage pr\u00eats \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier les salaires des meilleurs profils. D\u2019ailleurs pour plus de 3 DRH sur 10 (39,5 %), le 2e<\/sup> entretien est le moment id\u00e9al pour le candidat d\u2019aborder la question.<\/p>

Certains appr\u00e9cient m\u00eame d\u2019en parler d\u00e8s la candidature ou le 1er<\/sup> entretien (27,5 %).
